Shipping Methods
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and deliver them using reliable delivery services.
Standard Delivery
All standard orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless otherwise stated at checkout. Delivery is usually made within 2–3 working days from dispatch, although delivery times are not guaranteed.
Express Delivery
An express delivery option (Royal Mail Tracked 24) may be available at checkout for an additional charge. Where selected, delivery is usually made within 1–2 working days from dispatch, subject to Royal Mail service availability.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
Alternative Couriers
We reserve the right to use an alternative courier or delivery service where Royal Mail is unable to fulfil the delivery, where service disruptions occur, or where it is otherwise reasonable to do so.
This will not affect your statutory rights or the level of service you receive.
Dispatch Times
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout. If Royal Mail Tracked 24 has been selected we will always endeavour to fast track the order where possible. Please get in touch if your order is urgent.
During busy periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch times may be slightly extended. Any significant delays will be communicated to you where possible.
Delivery Location
Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that delivery details are accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Local Collection
Local collection is available by prior arrangement only.
- Collection must be agreed in advance.
- Once notified that your order is ready for collection, you must collect it within 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed.
- Collections are by appointment only; customers must not attend without confirmation.
Failure to collect within the agreed timeframe may result in the order being returned to stock and refunded, less any reasonable costs incurred.
Missed Deliveries and Non-Collection
If a delivery attempt fails due to no fault of ours (for example, failure to collect from a delivery office or provide access), we reserve the right to charge reasonable costs for redelivery or storage.
Risk and Responsibility
Goods become your responsibility once they have been delivered to the delivery address or collected by you. Where reasonably practicable, you should inspect goods upon receipt and notify us promptly of any issues.
Delays and Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to postal delays, courier disruption, industrial action, weather conditions, or service outages.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights relating to delivery, cancellation, or refunds.
Lost or Delayed Items
All shipments are sent using tracked services. If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.
